My fourth question

How much sleep do you need ?

In my case , 6 or 7 hours is O.K . And when I can't get enough sleep at night, I usually count the

number. But It really doesn't work. Do you have any good idea to sleep well at night ?

I usually sleep for about 8 hours. Too long? These days I am not in good condition. Enough sleep, I think, keeps away from sickness. When I go to bed I bring small books. There are about 5 books below my pillow. When you can't go to sleep well, how abot trying to read difficult book?

I heard 8 hours is good sleeping time. But on weekends I enjoy oversleeping. When I can't sleep, I watch TV, watch action movies, reading books, surfing the Internet.

I usually sleep for 7 hours.
Even I was the third grader in highschool, I kept the rules. Because I can't work effectively without that quantity of sleep. When I can't fall a sleep, I use some drops of a lavender essential oil. It helps me a lot.

Hi, Derek

I need at least 7 or 8 hours. Once I fall asleep, I don't usually wake up. One of my good sleeping habit is that I can easily fall into sleep anywhere. But if my sleep is not enough to maintain a day, I have to suplement it next day. That's a problem.

Hi Derek,

8-hour sleep a day is perfect.

I can't sleep more than 6 hours a day for some reasons.
So during the daytime, I am very sleepy.

Reading some boring books will be helpful.

I should sleep for about 8 hours. But here I sleep for only 7 or 6 hours. So on weekends I oversleep. I can fall a sleep easily anywhwere, anytime. Somehow when I couldn't fall a sleep -actually it's rare case, I make my body very tired with exercising. Or I read some book about philosophy and English book. Or I drink a warm milk. If they don't work well, I drink alcohol.
In my case, alcohol is my best solution for insomnia.

I usually sleep for 5 hours in KNUE everyday, but I sleep a little more at home. I think more important part in sleeping is 'quality' than 'quantity'. So I try to get a sound sleep. Besides this, I sleep whenever I am sleepy. Sleeping is a wonderful medicine 4 your health.
