I usually drink "soju and beer" a lot, have a good sleep and try to forget it.

I usually take a long walk to relieve stress. I always feel better afterwards.
I usually hang out with my friends or family. Sometimes shopping and eating out are a good way for better change of mood.

I usaully talk with my friends getting out my anger of me when I get very angry. However, these days I started to dance. By dancing, I can express my feeling without any words as much as possible and I can look at the origin of the wrath. It's very helpful to sove the problem and good to meantal and physical health. ^ ^

In my case, I have enough sleep over 10 hours to relieve my stress. while sleeping, I forget all the thing and after sleeping, I am totally recharged.

To get out of the stress, I usually go shopping. So it cost me a lot sometimes. And second solution of mine is watching the movie. While I am watching the movie, I can forget about the problem and relieve the stress. Even though shopping itself sometimes cost me too much, I prefer that. Am I shopaholic?
